The Porter

A story which tells the backstory of Macbeth's Porter, this famous  Shakespearean tragedy is set as a backdrop to the everyday lives of the servants.

David born and bred in the Northwest. Having gained a first class MA in English Literature, he has followed a lifelong passion for the spoken and written word. David has explored his ideas through play readings and workshops, before staging.


Sophia's Ashes

Sophia's Ashes is a dark comedy, following the lives of Lionel and Pheobe, and their sham of a marriage before the legislation  and decriminalised of gay relationships in 1967.  Life behind closed doors is very different in the suberbs of Litchfield, as we see Phoebe's world comes crashing down.

Mother's Ruin

Mother's Ruin takes you  on the journey of two estranged sisters, whose lives are thrown together following the death of their mother. They are forced to face each other and their own demons can anything be resolved?

The Killing of Sister George

The Killing of Sister George is the story of actress June Buckridge, who faces the death of her fictional character Sister George. We are privy to June's world and  see how June copes with her unwanted demise.

This is a powerful and darkly comic play and is handled well by the company. It is a simple production, but thought-provoking and moving. This is a good performance of an intriguing play and well worth seeing!  Rating: star****

The Lover

'The Lover is a 1962 one act play by Harold Pinter. The play contrasts domesticity with sexual yearning.'  The Lover, is a tale of love and lust, what appears to be a boring married couple fulfill their lustful fantasy.

Dissociation

Talloach tries to re build his life, when released from a young offenders institute, placed in care and fulfilling his bail comitmmentments, he is torn between a world he left behind.
