30theatre are passionate about encouraging the Arts within Education, not only is it fun, but also brings with it confidence building and skills for life. At 30theatre we always give more than a 100% in order to gain that professional quality at any level. We ensure that all workshop leaders have industry experience and have current DBS checks.
Workshop Leaders have gained qualifications in
QTLS- IFL-PGDE-BA in Acting, or Performing Arts, or equivalent.
All workshop leaders have current DBS certificates.

Devised work:
30theatre pride themselves on having the experience and know-how of devising. Artistic Director Tara Daniels has worked extensively, with The Lowry Theatre and to commissioned and contracted assignment briefs, to deliver engaging and dynamic pieces of Theatre to all age groups, from community projects to final devised performances, for examinations or showcases. We can work to any brief and of course can include a wide range of practitioners, either from Stanislavsky to Frantic Assembly or any performance style.
Our History
The Pendleton School Of Theatre Salford City College,
A-level Theatre Studies Edexcel /AQA Ages 16+. Experience of the old and current specification/syllabus. Directing plays, set text exploration, voice, movement, The History of Theatre, physical theatre, team building, Moderator for examinations, course work assessor, and school liaison. HNC Edexcel Performing Arts- delivering a range of set texts and acting for camera modules.
The Lowry Theatre
The Lowry Young Actors Company, Producer and director for the company. Working with the Ages 12-20. Delivering acting skills, voice, improvisation, text, characterisation then build up to rehearsing for performances. We were commissioned to write plays for the company- Crash and The Protestors. Also became a part of the organisation and running the selection process. MTA winner 2015.
Learning and Engagement - Workshop leader for community projects and delivering The National Theatre workshops, War Horse and Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night Time.
ITV Media City - Supplying a choir master and choreography for inhouse Coronation Street staff, as an enrichment program.
The Arden School of Theatre Ages 18+ Duties included, Dance for actors, Exploration of Physical theatre, Mentor for special needs students, Audition Panel member.
Eccles College, Teacher of A-Level Dance AQA Ages 16+. Technique class, choreography. Laban Notation, Dance Theory.
Entry Level -directing and leading acting and dance classes for SEN 16+
Chatsworth High School, Ages 13+ Summer/Easter workshops with a wide range of SEN ability students Devising specialist workshops for individual needs, with showcase.
Moorside High School Salford, Ages 11+ Duties Included: Acting, voice, dance, stage fighting, and Additional drama support for Seclusion Unit, Schools Liaison. Delivered a series of acting classes for feeder primary schools (year 6) in Salford.
Action Theatre Workshops Ages 11+ local classes and toured workshops in physical theatre round North West schools
Chads Youth Theatre Director, Ages 15+ Theatre programming. Devised extracts, Monologues, New writing.
Stage Coach Theatre Arts
Working with children aged 4-16 teaching Drama this entailed devising shows, writing shows and rehearsing set plays, delivering summer schools. Lamda Examinations with the Ages 4+, Poems, Monologues and Duologues
